“Water Wings” is being screened at the most important short film festival, Clermont Ferrand. We are very excited! I wrote and directed the film and play the role of Kara.
The film “Water Wings” continues its festival tour with a special highlight: Clermont Ferrand, one of the most important film festivals in Europe. As the writer, director, and actress of the film, I am truly delighted that “Water Wings” is being presented at the Short Film Market. I wrote “Water Wings” for my best friend – it is the story of a lifelong, close friendship. It is wonderful to see how this story touched people in different countries, in different languages. About the festival: “The Clermont-Ferrand Short Film Festival is the world's largest film festival dedicated to short films. In terms of audience and professional presence, it is the second largest film festival in France after Cannes. The 2020 edition recorded more than 172,566 entries and welcomed more than 3,600 professionals.”
